So you went from saying the hire “had almost everything to do with Love” to then admitting Rodgers loves and was upset we let him go 6 years ago...those things imply to me the hire was about Rodgers.
Then you go from the hire being about Love to saying “Hel have influence with coaching up Love”...to that i completely agree. Of course the QB coach is responsible for helping all the QBs play their best.

I actually respect Gute for asking for Rodgers input, which is all that this was, Guys like Demosky and other beat writers couldn't sell ink unless they twist this into some sort of Rodgers demand just as your doing, as I said ya got to be really gullible to buy into that ballony.
I admit Gute said Cobb was not his choice, however imho thats because Gute was not going to bring in anyone, he would have stuck ( sink or swim) with his draft pick, Amari, who it appears he over drafted, so we did need Cobb.
