Lafleur lost the war in GB. But he won in a way because he just got a contract extension last year. He literally rode Rodgers all the way to an extension, but now that snake will bite and kill him.

Lafleur bent the knee to 12 every step of the way. This worked during 12s MVP seasons. But now that 12 is old, taking up all the cap, and he still thinks hes amazing...Lafleur has totally lost control of the team. He cant do what needs to be done to fix the team, because its 12s team. 12 has all the power. And this is what we get.

But hey, At least he got his extension. Lafleur and Gute were terrified of life without 12, now they are about to get the horns due to lack of courage.
Great post. Cant imagine even a homer disagreeing with it. And if they do, I hope they explain.
I’m sure Il be called a pessimist
People here are finally coming around to reality. Dissenting views are always labeled as pessimistic or hating on the team. You do it way better then I do without being an ahole. I appreciate ur posts.

Add the fact that Za'Darius has 8.5 sacks. Splain dat Gutey, please.
Za'Darius played 18 worthless snaps for this team last year. That was after he lied about his injury and cried about not being a captain. He ran himself out of town.

Z had to know his 2020 success, the drafting of Gary meant we wouldn't pay to keep him, he turned into a real jerk , why would he or Alexander expect to be Captains after a IR season? prima donna's, now Jaire shows his lack of control today.

lot of angst with some of the players against Barry it seems.

So, I think the big question for now is (again), why didn’t they give Aaron Jones more touches? This boggles my mind. It’s like they really don’t want to run at all. We’ve seen the passing game struggle all season now. And we can’t design more touches for our best offensive player. That is COACHING. And it’s bad.

Didn't Jones hurt his arm and later his knee/ankle? That dump in Detroit stinks. We had at least 8 guys go down.

We don't know how often MLF calls a running play and Rodgers decides to throw it anyway. If that is the case, it is NOT coaching but the front office that refuses to give MLF authority to bench Rodgers.

Why do you assume Lafleur secretly thinks he has a better chance to win with Love and not Rodgers? He has no confidence In his abilities apart from Rodgers, which is why he almost cried in his presser when Rodgers threatened to quit.

That has been my biggest disappointment from LeFluer. He has no backbone to Rodgers. He seemed to in 2019 but the success has made him tied to Rodgers hip now.

I will be curious to see what this team does come December after being at 9+ losses. At some point I want to see MLF be a leader of this team.

Yeah, but I’m talking before that point. I know that Dillon got more touches by then already too.

I can’t for the life of me wonder why LaFleur doesn’t run the pitch out to Jones more often. The play normally goes for 5-7 yards and often Jones can rip one for more than 10 yards. Instead most of the time they run him up the middle (when he gets his chances)

I’m sick of seeing Dylan get the carries at the beginning of the game. He should be the second option to spell Jones.

I’m sick of seeing the quick out passes to the WRs. It seems like this is LaFleur’s main staple and he’s be over calling that play for 3 years not just this year.

I’m sick of Rodgers calling out his teammates. Leadership 101: take all the blame and give everyone else the credit.

I’m sick of Barry trotting out Savage as the starter when he is the biggest liability on defense.

I’m sick of the head coach who doesn’t fix issues on the team with a sense of urgency.

I’m sick of LaFleur’s scheme and the same 20 plays called every game. Great coaches (like Don Shula) fit the scheme to their personnel not fit the personnel to their scheme.

If LaFleur wants to prove himself as a good coach, now is the time. Beat the Cowboys.

Can I hear an Amen?

Yes we beat the Cowboys. I can't see how LaFleur can be given credit though. For some reason on Sunday the line blocked, Dillon and Jones ran like bulls and stallions, and the defense kept Dak off balance some of the time. Oh, and Aaron Rodgers got his accuracy back and had time to throw.

How about dem Cowboys, again ?

This is the first time all 5 players are in their spots for the second time ever. Dillon and Jones have always ran like that, just about half as much. Dak sucks. Aaron had a true number one...and that opened up our speed guy to torch them for 3 TDs.

What Aaron did is he never gave up on Christan. It paid off.
