If you need to make the squad you'd better become the #2 QBs favorite target!

Hard not to like Heath.

So Wicks is out with the dreaded hammy, but I haven't seen Melton yet either

At this moment, Sean Clifford is 12/18 for 130 yards in this game;
and Jordan Love is 12/18 for 130 yards (and 2 TDs) in the preseason
Just a random coincidence that happened to be true the moment I calculated Love's totals

First time I've ever seen the coaches throw in the towel (I didn't see the Hamlin game). Hope #7 is okay.
Anyway, McGough needs a ton of snaps next week if he's going to be our practice squad QB

I thought Love looked pretty good against the Bengals. This one I thought he threw quite a few bad balls.
Malik Heath is just a good WR. Not elite. Not bad. Reed is impressive and I think is a long term solution from the slot. Great value and find by Gutenbumst.
I have held out hope for Myers. At this point I’m done. This guy flat out sucks.
Defensive front continues to impress.

It's very weird watching NFL Network right now with the Seahawks-Cowboys game on and "Elsewhere, An NFL Preseason Game has been cut short due to an injury" has not come up--not on the scroll; not with the Packers-Patriots score. Not in the "headlines" listed.
Seems odd.

Looked to me like Bolden dropped his head before the hit. Hope he's okay.

Just popped up on the scroll finally.

Per the Patriots via Stacey James, that Bolden has feeling in all of his extremities and is being evaluated at a local hospital.
At Belichick's press conference he was asked "what went into the decision to suspend the game?" and he said "it was a league decision."

The league (Roselle) decided to not postpone the Ice Bowl. Roselle was in Oakland where the gametime temperature was 60 degrees warmer than Green Bay.

According to Aaron Nagler:
Regarding the high snap, Myers and a couple other OL thought the DE had jumped across, so he did as he has been trained and snapped it. Unfortunately Love and refs didn't see it the way he did.

That sort of changes everything regarding that snap, doesn't it?
Wilson 15 carries, 63 yards. 2 catches 15 yards. Not bad for playing 1/3 of the game.
As for whether this is a mentally tough team, the cheatriots were playing a typical game for them, breaking the rules, not just stretching them. The Packers stood their ground. No excuse for a very late hit on the QB after he took the slide.
Nijman is in big trouble and Walker is the real deal.

Do you have coach's film? I can't tell from the game video. Or were you at the game?

budfox as usual doesn't have the best response with a triggering 2 words or less post. There is no way of knowing if it's a lie or not.
But there was absolutely zero threat of a Patriot jumping that snap. Myers was seeing ghosts.
