If Nixon hadn't been tripped... I'm sure they'd find a reason to throw a flag though
Hell, we got a flag on a fair catch.

It was hard to tell from the replay angle but Runyan didn’t look offside on that 4th down play.

I'm just not seeing these offsides penalties. To me, Runyan was clearly farther back than Myers

Most of the time we deserve the flag but not on these phantom offsides.

It sounds like they are saying he isn't far enough back. Still that imaginary zone you can't be in.

MLF should pen a sternly written letter to the league. Good lord..

Yeah, Blandino says the guard has to be behind the point of the ball, but if that's the case, it should be getting called every short yardage play, particularly on the Eagles.

According to Dean Blandino, the neutral zone calls are a point of emphasis this year. Why? Something so petty and meaningless? WTF is the NFL doing, trying to make the game less enjoyable?

Then both guards are offsides.

This is exactly their way of neutralizing that play.

It just seems such a petty, meaningless, technical thing to penalize. It has zero impact on the game. The guards head, if it was even across, does nothing significant in the outcome of the play.
