HATE that 3rd and 4 call. Liked the shot on 2nd. But we’ve been chipping away successfully and I’d have preferred just to keep doing that.

JL was off on both of those long passes.

Hated that series. Work on the 2 minute drives and using the clock correctly.

Packers brutally mismanaged THEIR end of the first half; both in terms of not getting a first down and in letting the Saints get down into around FG range.

But the Saints mismanaged THEIR end of half so much worse.

Game was cruising along with almost no clock stoppages and then this mess.

Go get that first down instead of air mail it deep on 3rd and 4 and we're already at halftime up 24-0 or 28-0

Didn't know that rule, but apparently fumble happened inbounds, and clock doesn't stop even if the fumbled ball goes outta bounds.

You can't stop the clock by fumbling out of bounds; it's a rule to stop players from just tossing it out of bounds when getting tackled in bounds. The clock only stops until the ball is reset.

Rizzi not knowing that as a veteran coach is pathetic. He still doesn't understand it at the halftime interview. It wasn't a miscommunication.
