Yeah those look incredible man. Nice work. HAVE to go buy some ribs now. They have been crazy expensive.

Not smoked and I dont eat much fried food but wife kids and a few neighbors loved the chicken


Also made a spicy gazpacho that was refreshing

Some thighs in there I got a case of chicken for 38 bucks yesterday couldn't pass it up.

I soaked the chicken in buttermilk and some pickle juice (sounds nasty I know) with hot sauce.

After about 6 hrs made a dredge of flour salt pepper Cayenne and smoked paprika

Into a fryer at 325 oil.


Tonight gonna try some in the air fryer. You know to make a fat guy fell less guilt ha.


I shouldnt have shared on FB bc I got talked into making some for a b day party tomorrow. Smfh

That is good. I have done it a few ways. That way, and then I do a ground beef one that turns out really good for a change of pace.

Wife doesn't care for Italian sausage so I made it with kielbasa links instead. Well worth making! Super flavorful and easy!
