According to Bud and Yoop, having the best draft of the night
NFL Draft 2022 - Day 1
Moderators: NCF, salmar80, BF004, APB, Packfntk
Daxton Hill and Jordan Love are my top crushes at 22!!!!
This guy the Lions traded up for is teeny tiny.
6'1" 179 lb
Could he even do 1x @225?
He's gonna break in the pros.

Just to give you some trade scenarios: to get to 14, Packers would have to trade No. 28 and a their first 2nd; to get to 15, about the same. to get to 17, No. 28 and a second.
If you can't see why this is good for the Lions, I don't even know what to say.
Terrible WR group at Lions, Bad QB year in the draft, Good WR group in draft and they may have got best guy, they didnt have to give up much to go all the way to 12, rookie wrs are more valuable than ever before. They aren't going to be good this year so why not get the guy with most potential and let him heal.
I never actually thought Guty would move up, not that far anyway, but I didn't expect all four to go top 12 either, he'll probably take a defensive guy or maybe a ol man
Jordan Davis went WAAAAY before I thought. I mean, I get the upside, but far from a sure thing.

I think George Pickens in the best WR prospect/highest ceiling guy in the class. Still available.
Williams was my top guy and I admit, it seems like Minnesota got hosed on that deal, but we are still OK. The fact that you are shocked is what is surprising. The cost to get these guys is a lot and they went higher than most thought. I know you thought the Packers would pay that price, but apparently they are content to let The Draft play out this high. That is what most prudent teams do. Detroit chasing up this high... if you are envious of Detroit, I cannot help you.
Read More. Post Less.
Should've gone with my gut and moved him up. But I thought he'd land in the Chargers lap.

I'm surprised it took this long for the tv coverage to get behind.

Yeah, sort of a sneaky good situation for Williams. No pressure to do anything 2022, hopefully build up his body and get ready for 2023 with a new QB that they may acquire by sucking.bud fox wrote: ↑28 Apr 2022 20:37If you can't see why this is good for the Lions, I don't even know what to say.

IF they don't get that QB, unhappy Williams.
Agree. Teams will still jump us if we stay at 22 as far as wrs go thoughGhost_Lombardi wrote: ↑28 Apr 2022 20:38I think George Pickens in the best WR prospect/highest ceiling guy in the class. Still available.
I new either the Eagles or the Ravens would take the freak, so glad he's gone, Guty would have probably traded up for him, all 15 snaps a game

Cards trade for Hollywood Brown. 23rd overall for Brown and pick 100.
