Thx bfer. Decorum is always key on a public sports forum. Having to send out a few scolding pm's has to be tough on u. Those moderator meetings have to be stressful. Keep up the sensoring. Doing a great job.
Completely welcome to run your own forum and allow people the freedom to say any and everything they want. I believe many posters here have had brief stays on forums like that.
I will bring my torch to tribal council.
don't do that, your liable to get burned alive

The mods of this place are very, very human. We moderate this forum as one of our hobbies.

Luckily we don't need to do much, usually. This is a GREAT community. Worth volunteering for. I've learned SO MUCH from y'all.

I live in $%@# Finland. I'm not going to show up on your door to slap you in the face if you break forum rules. But the long term of this forum is up to y'all, not up to the mods.

If there's really something fundamentally wrong, it needs to get addressed.

Speaking of partying .............. anyone planning any pre- or post-game partying at the home opener versus Da Bears?

Funny that whoever made those charts included Family Nite. That is/was the most irrelevant practice of camp.

Roster goes from 85 to 80 on Tuesday. The biggest name to go might be Ty Summers. If Ty survives Tuesday, he is for sure gone when the roster goes to 53 on the 30th. IMHO.

Special teams has saved Ty for over 3 years now. I do not think Rich Bisaccia can save him this time.

Here is another hint Rich: Every coordinator in the league has media obligations, and they don't all enjoy doing pressers, but they do them because the reporters in those pressers are the fans access to you. You walking in a presser and saying you don't wanna be there is not hurting the media, but it is a slap in the face to fans.

Be better Rich.

If you don't mind ....... when you figure it out please let us know so we can crash the party. Don't use a Packers flag to identify your area. :nono:

I do not have any suggestions. In the past the area over by Badger State Brewing and Springhill Suites / Burkel's One Block Over seemed to work OK.

MLF said the offense had, by their standards, "at least 5 drops" by the receivers on offense. Way too many, he says. Certainly sheds light on the 50% completion percentage Love had.

At the same time, maybe 2-4 WRs who played will make the team, maybe only Doubs likely to get a significant amount of reps, a drop by a backup RB. Does all suck, but also not indicative of the 53, and hopefully something they still choose to focus on.

take away the drops from both PS games and Loves completion % hovers near the 70% mark.

Finally saw the game.

Holy smokes we have finally seen some true reason for hope in Jordan Love. What a jump he has made the last two weeks. Completely different player. His balls were on the money, his footwork was fantastic, his accuracy was great. The only thing is his timing was still a littttttle off but that can be corrected with time.

Isaiah McDuffie and Krys Barnes as our #3 and #4 ILB are better than many years of our #1 and #2 ILB play. McDuffie I believe has take that biggest "2nd year jump" on defense.

Shemar Jean Charles has really blown me away this year. I wrote him off but I think we are honestly very, very deep at the nickle corner spot now.

STs...yikes. I see a lot of defense of Bisaccia on this forum and honestly I don't understand it. If this was another no name he would be getting pounded. That unit was awful. I don't care who is playing. STs is a rotating door period. The lack of discipline was despicable. I am very close to panic mode again for STs.

Chris Slayton might just make this roster. I am taking him over Ford or Heflin at the moment. He was in the backfield every play and his hustle is unbelievable. He has the motor and try-hard of Heflin but you can just see more talent is there.

Enegbare appears to creeping to the #3 OLB right now.

We are in trouble at safety. The amount of injuries is incredible. Was super happy on the WR screen blow up by Athermay. We may have something with him.

By and large our CBs are really good. We are going to have some really good players on the Psquad.

Thought Caleb Jones impressed.

I don't see how you can cut Juwann Winfree. He is better than Amari, Tore, etc. I even think Hyman might have more potential than Amari. But regardless, Winfree has to make this team.

I do like JT O'Sullivan's way of doing analysis. Doesn't feel like there's an agenda. Let's the WRs hear it, too. Gives credit for the little things, like praising arm angle on a shallow crosser to avoid pass getting blocked, gives critique on the little things, like not getting footwork exactly right.

Overall, Love is capable of some GREAT throws. But there's still too much inconsistency deep and inaccuracy on routine plays. Can any amount of coaching and experience fix his game enough for him to compete with the big bois? I think there's a chance. No guarantee, but a chance. I'd play this hand instead of folding, even if the stakes are high. But would keep scouting college QBs...
