Carroll not going to be looking for a rebuild here, Maxx Crosby won’t be going anywhere. Carroll loves his pass rushers.

I don't think Carroll has a choice. That LV job is a total rebuild and there really isn't another way to look at it. Crosby won't come cheap, I will give you that, but moving a piece like that does make sense for that team.

It’s only a 3 year contract, very short for coaches, 4th year team option. He’ll want to compete in ‘26 and ‘27. Maxx will give them that best chance.

I'm with NCF on this one.
The draft capital Crosby could fetch in a potential trade is exactly what a rebuilding team needs. Pair one of those Crosby picks with their #6 pick and they'll be in the hunt for one of those franchise QBs this draft. Commanders showed a one-year roster redo is very possible.

Honestly I don’t think the Raiders are as far as any other team in the bottom end of the league. They just need a QB and they’re on their way. They have Bowers as a target. You can find a RB anywhere. Crosby is the piece you can use to build a defense around.

Changing the culture of that franchise will be a major undertaking.

This is kinda surprising. I feel like Demeco Ryans would fit right in with this Packers-Huddle crowd...

His old man coached for the Packers, too.

Speaking of Demeco Ryans I forgot the 49ers got the 3rd round comps for him as well, so like 6 third rounders in total for development of minority coaches.

I wonder if Randle El ever develops into an OC/playcaller type. He has coached some impressive WRs and been part of some great passing attacks. Working under both Arians and Ben Johnson I would think has taught him a thing or two on scheming.
