The Browns can’t trade Garrett and get a pick for this years draft and designate it as a post June 1st trade from my understanding. However what can be done is the Packers and Browns could agree to a trade in principle and the Packers can draft a player of the Browns choosing, not sign him and then trade the rights to sign him. It’s a huge risk though for the Packers because the Brownss could back out of the trade at any moment for a number of reasons.

The Packers could also trade a pick to the Browns in princpal for "nothing" or do a pick swap with the eventual agreement of it being part of the Garrett trade.

The Browns could screw the Packers in that situation but I don't think that would happen. Nobody would ever do business with the Browns again.

So Wicks has the lowest number of routes (didn't see Watson because his routes and targets were so low).

Wicks had the most Targets but 4th most receptions and 5th most receiving yards on the team.

So it seems he gets open in limited routes really well (would support he's a good route runner) but can't catch the damn ball.
