One view looks awful, the other not bad at all. Answer likely somewhere in the middle.

Like I said, zero priors, pristinely clean history, actually. Give him a little fine so everyone knows its not okay, no suspension.

Whatever happens outside of the NFL legally, will be what it will be. Guessing that guy isn't gunna be able to afford a lawyer in the ball park of what Davante can. Pretty exonerating view on the view from behind though.

In case you guys hadn't seen, the charge is lower than most are reporting.

Yeah being charged with a crime is stupid. The one thing I wish Davante would have at least done is help the guy up after. Like a "whoops sorry I did not mean for that to happen, are you ok" kind of gesture.

Next Gen would have to use some threshold type level of penetration, just uses player location.

Could easily be just a gray area between quick WR screen and/or QB spy type rush.

I have no real problem with the discrepancy. Just as long as both are consistent as they can be in every scenario, every week, every player.

Just a 30% pass rush win rate doesn’t mean a ton in a vacuum, should only really kind of matter how he stacks up against other players.

RPOs that are thrown could also amount to that discrepancy.

RPO, Zone run option, play action, how is a fan suppose to know what actually transpired, was that a RPO, or play action, was that a called QB zone run, or did he just take off because the called play broke down.

this explains all 3 pretty.

Idk, I think he should get some sort of criminal thing and maybe a 1 game suspension. Def not jail though. You can't just shove civilians to the ground unprovoked. If I went into Walgreens and pushed some old lady into a bunch of bottles of cough syrup, I would probably get charged with something.

Justin Fields thinks everyone on the opposing D-line is 5'5" apparently.

I honestly think there's something to that. He was probably too pissed over the L to pay much mind to the guy, whereas here he was living his best life and getting dubs most weeks, better headspace, better actions.

You can question him for wanting Wentz. But this is a reason I've always liked Rivera. No idea why he ever decided to coach under Snyder.

Unfortunately because he was a retread and it was probably his only option for another chance, but yeah, you probably know going into it that it isn't going to end well.

It was his only option. He is an average, at best, coach with an anger/control problem and is threatened by free speech.

Also need to consider he shoved an unknown camera guy and put back on Dr. Pat McKenzie's hat.

Probably a little difference in terms of relationship with the actual victim.

I think he's Jeff Fisher 2.0, but I like this move. Maybe he had to do this after supposedly throwing Wentz under the bus a few days ago, but nevertheless, this is a good look so good for him.

Rivera sucks. He’s doing this 100% to makeup for blaming their suckdom all on wentz. This is called over compensating.
