Overall, Love is capable of some GREAT throws. But there's still too much inconsistency deep and inaccuracy on routine plays. Can any amount of coaching and experience fix his game enough for him to compete with the big bois? I think there's a chance. No guarantee, but a chance. I'd play this hand instead of folding, even if the stakes are high. But would keep scouting college QBs...

I don't think Love has the stuff to become another HoF QB.

He might have the stuff to be a worthy starter if the price is right.

This is a really strong QB draft class, so it's a good year for the team to really evaluate Love and think about the upside.

I know it would draw so many howls, but using, say, a second-round pick on a promising young QB and keeping 3 in 2023 (Rodgers, Love, rookie) then having the option to try to trade Love or trade the young prospect depending on how it plays out would be really strong process to ensure you get the QB position right in the wake of Aaron's eventual retirement.

Honestly, spending the 2020 30th pick, a 2020 4th round pick, and a 2022 2nd round pick is a lot less of an investment int he QB position than what the 49ers paid for Lance or the Bears paid for Fields. It's not a huge haul to try and get things right.

I agree, he is likely an average NFL QB but he might wind up winning more SB's than Farve and Rodgers combined IF THE PACKERS PAY HIM appropriately.
