Can someone explain those Runyan penalties to me like I’m 5, I’ve seen them live and still shot, but can’t hear the tv. Bs, justified, never seen such a thing.
Seen the rams RT jump 1/8 second early a few times which seems accepted nowadays.
But don’t get the consistency.

No one but the center can have his head at or over the ball. Everyone else needs to be completely behind the ball, not overlapping at all.
