Sorry, I was convinced Smith would go at 9, and I was trying to squeeze a 3rd or 4th out of moving back to get one of the top receivers (because my biggest need is RB, and Smith, Chase, and Waddle are their own tier) but SMITH at 10! He's a potential target monster!
Had Smith very high predraft. Then he landed where he landed and I took him off my boards.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑30 Jun 2021 12:12Sorry, I was convinced Smith would go at 9, and I was trying to squeeze a 3rd or 4th out of moving back to get one of the top receivers (because my biggest need is RB, and Smith, Chase, and Waddle are their own tier) but SMITH at 10! And after NCF made that pick, the talent has hit the cliff in this draft. That was the line.

Have another guy I really like, so willing to trade up if anyone wants future picks.

Alright, so the chalk is sorta finished. Top 5 QBs, top 3 RBs, top 3 WRs, and the moonshot TE
It's going to be a LOT of preference and eye-of-the-beholder from here on out. Plenty left on the board, but I could see some surprises

Oof, glad I got my picks in. I was antsy. HAHA! We are untimed and have nothing for 2 months, so no hurry now.

That's pretty much it. Nostalgia for the days of having Green and Brown tearing it up so well I could compete with Eli Manning at QB, lol. I really wanted that TE though.NCF wrote: ↑30 Jun 2021 08:13Yep, the pick was very on brand.YoHoChecko wrote: ↑30 Jun 2021 07:48Carp’s best teams were built on the strength and depth of the WR positions. I only know because I kept trying to trade for them and he never let me. But anyway, Chase should be a good start to any team
Sorry, I'm with the fam in Savannah, wasn't expecting this to start until next week. Suboptimal to be doing this on my phone. Can someone pm the next pick?
My qbs and wrs have completely collapsed, hopefully this is the start of turning things around.

It's all good, made this pick. I'll be home tomorrow night.
Had to go QB in the first. Barring a crazy steal being available, 2nd pick had to be WR. Now that those are out of the way the picks get harder.

To be fair, I had yet to read yours before you picked! I was trying to get your 1st.

My bad, I thought you had 7 or 8, nevermind.
