So Bosa will probably be back, while Warner appears to be headed toward surgery.
Where has his injury been identified as a concussion? They’ve only said “head injury” for his status as far as I’ve heard. The play he got hurt on did not appear to be a concussion.
Some sites reporting it a concussion. Others simply a head injury. Whatever it is, it looked painful.

Oof, he’s clearly moving fine, but that brings back memories of Dennis Byrd.

Looking like one of those I can safely go to be early games.

Pittsburg offense and Ben just not January worthy.

There hasn't been a playoff team in a long time that I expected to lose as much as I expected Pittsburgh to lose.

I am a Tomlin fan. But after admittedly falling asleep during the Raiders/chargers game, his demeanor first half, Ben putting up 24 passing yards and inept offense, inept defense, lucky to be down 14, demeanor early 2nd half.

Not very impressed.

I mean ffs, that raiders chargers game, from a pure football fan love of the game stance, was probably the best football game of the year.

Just weird to me.

Don’t wanna hear the bs anymore he’s just a grandfathered in better coach than LaFleur anymore. Because he’s not.

At least not today.

Yet another Wildcard Weekend blow out. More evidence there are too many teams in the NFL playoffs. :thwap:

Yeah, clear Pittsburg and Philly simply didn’t belong.

That being said. With the advancement of football in general in America, I think you can definitely try to work your way to 36-40 teams without losing much quality in the future and maybe find a way to expand the playoffs even further.

Just goes to show you how important defense is.

I hate that there's a 7th team in each conference

Terrible, also, though, that they put Steeler-Chiefs in p[rime time instead of Cowboys-49ers, which was both a much better game, and a much better market share appeal.

I wouldn't put it past the league, but participation in high school football is on a steady downward trend. That doesn't bode well for the future of the NFL.

Where would they put the teams though? The US is saturated and anything outside North America is practically unworkable.

no way the 32 owners would allow for their market shares to be further divided

I heard an opinion that he's actually below average and always has been. I disagree with that, but the reasoning was that he did absolutely nothing with the NFL's top offensive talent for like 5 years and it makes sense.

Depends on the revenue prospects. Never say never in the NFL.

Any updates on Bosa today? I really want him to play against us. I want us to beat the best that a team can send.
