If Rodgers was showing up tomorrow there would be a report about him getting on a plane today bound for GB. Some reporter out there trying to break a story is camping out Rodgers.

I doubt he wouldn’t be there a day early for rest and to get over jet lag. Face it he ain’t going.

I do think you might be right, though. Losing $40M this year, he might make that back pretty easily on a brand new contract from a new team.

there is injury of risk with everything, he does want more protection, but the team has decided not to give it to him, unless you believe the conspiracy theory's that the team has offered guarantees and extensions which I have yet to seen from anyone with the authority to make those offers, unless the FO wants to guarantee the life his contract with a no trade clause and probably some extra cash, then he has to think of career after this season

I honestly don't care. I hope he comes back, but he doesn't have to yet. Let him stay away for a while and let Jordan do is thing.

Yeah for me there’s no real story unless he DOES show up. Anything before training camp is a surprise at this point. Anything else is status quo

I hope we excuse the absense if he doesn’t show. He’s already sacrificed his 500k workout bonus, he doesn’t care about the 90k. I think if we don’t excuse it the negative impact to the relationship will be worse than the potential good that can come from extending the olive branch of excusing the absence and hoping to see him in July.

The 90k is such a trivial amount, I wouldn’t declare war over it.

ehhhh, the 90 K is to small a olive branch I suspect , now if you used a G&G bandana with 60 ma ma mollas draped around with a guaranteed seal of 3 more years stamped on it that may do the trick
