Its the same story all the time in here. People elevate the bum receivers to discredit the greatness of Rodgers. It was Rodgers that made these bums look competent. The proof of this is when they leave the team, they are lower than pond scum.
Well then apparently Rodgers wants to discredit himself. He heaps more praise on the "bums" than anyone here, and we know he doesn't just do so for anyone (see: Janis, Jeff).

why would he heap praise on some jerk kid with a smirk on his face, Janice was a idiot, wouldn't listen and thought he new as much as Rodgers.

what kind of QB would you want to play with? one who wants to help you do well, or one who didn't give a hoot, Rodgers is one of the best player/coaches this team ever had, ten times better then Favre, just ask any of Nelson, Cobb, hell ask Donald Driver, he played most of his career with Favre, ask Tae Adams, your really going ass first up this convo, bud. :thwap: :rotf:

Anyway, there's nothing to "elevate" above plain fact. No WR or QB is 100% a product of the other. Their success is interdependent: WRs do not produce if the QB can't get them the ball, QBs do not produce if the WR does not execute on their assignment.

And his cast in 2020-2021 was capable at making him not merely successful, but supported two MVP-caliber QB seasons (a fact that does not in any way discredit the QB). Case closed.

What the Complainers don't get is that while the player individually may not be productive in a given situation, it does not mean that player flat-out does not have talent to be productive. Only elite players produce in any situation. The rest need to be utilized right to produce.

We had WRs who could produce if utilized right. They were, and not just here; MVS was key in KC's road to a SB win.

Just because Rodgers would rather play with his buddies than win, does not make his buddies good players.

it is down right sad that you believe what you just typed, teams spend mega millions to improve the WR position above what we had here since 2016, your supporting status quo after it failed to win more then one stinking PO game in two seasons where Rodgers Adams and Jones where the only real threats this offense had, Labrev how in gods name does that strike you as formidable, a situation that would keep a DC guessing on how to stop it, , MVS contributed a buck in that one game, along with Jones, Adams was shut down.

this isn't rocket science at all, the less impact players you have the easier it is to limit there production, as well as everyone else, the more you have the harder it becomes to limit anyone :thwap: and this becomes magnified should any have a bad game or get hurt

Okay, but that destroys the narrative that Rodgers is a victim of his GM/WRs, especially now (new GM, same issue).

thats not fiction, that was in the news, as well as all over the face of Janice, your attempting to paint Rodgers as a asshole, who wouldn't help the receivers and it's complete BS, because he is known for doing so most of his career.

you continue to say stuff with zero rational as to why, who wouldn't want receivers there familiar with, as long as a better player isn't brought in? every QB would.

Rodgers isnt actually the GM. And like i said, just because he thinks his WRs are good enough, doesnt mean they are good enough.

truth hurts, Janice had tons of athletic ability, minus a head to match, it was the same with Finley, wouldn't listen, Rodgers climbed all over him to, Finley took it serious after that, Janice never did, and thats why Janice now operates a tire shop.

The claim wasn't that Janis had what it takes mentally or that Rodgers was unfair to him, just that Rodgers does not engage in coachspeak but generally means what he says, and while he does not openly insult players, it is obvious when he does not like a player.

The point being, when Rodgers heaps all this unprompted praise for guys, it's safe to say he really means it, and he's not "just saying" it.

So it was kind of laughable to say that folks here talk up the WRs behind Adams as part of some big evil conspiracy to discredit Rodgers's career, as if his sure-fire HOF legacy is going to be derailed by some randos on packers huddle dot com, when in reality Rodgers (who has a bigger microphone then all of us combined) talked those guys up EVEN MORE than any of us do, haha.

Oh look! It’s another conversation about our WR corps over the past 10….er, 7….er, make that 6….years! Woohoo!

This time it's even in the Cheese Curds thread! You know, the thread about OTHER TEAMS and GENERAL NFL NEWS. But whatever, I’m sure the arguments over the past 2 pages are relevant.

A brief summary of any new information would be appreciated. I just live for these convo’s every week. Lucky for me, members here don’t disappoint with these weekly rehashes…

Every time the Bills win from now on, I’m going to be reminded of Mohamed Atta.

Not cool.

Haha, it makes sense. They were Brett Favre's victims for 17 years, and then he joined them, and they became victims again.

Ty Dunne hurt Sean McDermott's fee-fee's!! :o
https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/se ... 2216c&ei=7

Article in question:
https://www.golongtd.com/p/the-mcdermot ... dium=email
I read those write-ups from Dunne. Interesting stuff.

It appears he's the same Tyler Dunne, though. His article(s) clearly show a dude with an axe to grind. In this case, I believe the Bills organization denied go-long td a press pass and Dunne took it personal. His attack on McDermott was pretty ruthless.
