I don’t think a ruling of down by contact is challenge-able
If that's the case, it makes no sense. You can challenge the spot, so by extension the "down by contact" spot should be able to be changed.
When they rule down by contact, the whistle stops the play. That’s what happened. Players stop tackling, etc. They can’t challenge what Dillon may have got after the players quit playing.

Maybe Matt should have an OC that can call plays while he manages the whole game and coaches the whole team??? Maybe if Matt doesn’t want to manage the whole game and just wants to call plays he should just be an OC????
