Can’t say I’m shocked we’re losing. Just shocked it’s been so one-sided outside of the early INT. This could get ugly unless the offense pulls it’s head out and the defense makes a stop.
"could get" ugly? Let me break it to you. It was ugly a few minutes ago already.

Not sure what Quay was looking at on that TD
...and the play before that. He was five yards from the LOS before making the tackle at the 2. Why wasn't he filling the gap up closer?

If last week is any indication, this is the kind of lupe post we need to inspire the guys to turn it around.

Keep it going

Linebacker crept up, then dropped deep, and tipped the pass intended for Watson

Sorry, but you are insufferable. Any hint of anything bad, you take it away from the game and talk about such &%$@. It is why many people don't even participate in these threads.

play action crosser. Lions' LB retreated from the run action quickly enough to tip the ball. But even if he hadn't, the route was running Watson right into a cover safety so not sure it would be squeezed in anyway.

Didn't see any other receivers anywhere on the field, but there were 3 Lions within maybe 6-8 feet of Watson.

I really think that MLF needs to SCRAP those slow, lateral plays. Period.

At least until we figure out how to block for it.

That was option. They Lions read the &%$@ out of it.

Lions have the EDGE. They treated this like a playoff game. They are on high octane. Our guys are on a 75 octane (and there probably isn't such a thing).

Give credit to the Lions. They know how to win. Our guys might arguably have more talent. But they still haven't put it together. And our D has been trying for how many years?

Yeah, clearly. But our other lateral plays in four weeks haven't done much at all.
