Just said play mistake free and should be fine.

8 penalties, 2 3rd down drops, and a missed field goal.

Come the $%@# on

Too much shooting ourselves in the foot in a playoff atmosphere type game with the North on the line.

If you can’t beat the Lions at home without Jameson Williams and getting Branch ejected early you won’t ever beat them.

I'm not sure we will be able to pass very well today. Dropping balls right and left.
The Lions are catching it. So far.

I guess this is what happens when you're the youngest team in the league. Not a good start for Doubs today. Drop, penalty and missed the block on the screen to Reed

I don’t think it should be an ejection but a definitive penalty with the warning that if it happens again there’s an ejection. The way he acted after justified the additional penalty though. It’s BS but just gotta take it and walk off.
lowering the head using crown to initiate and head to head.
What would cause ejection of that doesn’t according to the rule?

This is about to be a cheek clapper if they score a TD. They will be able to work this clock and give us no chance before the half. Then they start with the ball after the half and are moving with ease.

Exactly! The defender clearly saw the pass was dropped and the play was over but still lowered his head and hit Melton in the head with the crown of his helmet. Very egregious!

Agreed, but with injuries who can he trust to cover at all?

Without a doubt it was obvious

Doesn't matter, zone isn't working. Gotta change it up.

Packers are playing like a bad football team right now. To many bad plays. What else can you say?

Nice stop. I hadn't caught up to live football yet.

Huge stop. We will see if Love can get points. He needs to give his kicker a chance here. If that high wind storm hits the rest of this game gets significantly harder for whoever’s trailing.

We've held the hottest O in the league to 10pts. O just need to score!

Boy, that's a BIG deal to stop the Lions and limit them to a figgy. I thought it would be a given.

Hafley called a good blitz when it wasn't expected. His timing on that is pretty good.

Still in striking distance going into the 3rd quarter. Why we can't play 4 quarters is puzzling. Irritating too

To be fair they’ve played this way the whole season. They turn the ball over a lot, they have some of the most drops in the league, and they commit a ton of penalties. We have been fortunate to beat up on a lot of bad teams so far on the season.
