The Lions draft is so good.

Hutchinson: stud
Williams: stud
Paschal: Za'Darius clone (not saying he hits that ceiling, but...)
Joseph: ballhawk

I like Nick Cross a lot. But not enough to give up a pick next year for him like the Colts did.
What did they give up? I missed it
179 and 2023 3rd (from the Carson Wentz trade)

If I had to guess, if we pick and don't trade, Ruckert. We take TE's in the 3rd.
Who is it that loves Rucker’s? @NCF ?
MMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

He is my favorite TE prospect.

But you know how I feel about TE prospects.
Awww, dang.

Jets stole our lunch money

And Chenal to the Chiefs.

The third round was truly where the board draft crushes went to die, haha.

The Athletic broadcast called him a combination of an ILB, a DT, and a DE... laughed about it, and then all agreed that it's true.

Didn't we used to get more position coaches and area scouts doing media availability during the draft? Is that just Day Three or the full draft wrap-up? This year we had Gutey at the end of each day and Milt Hendrickson after the Watson pick in the long gap between 34 and 92. But no WR coach, no SEC scout for Day one. No OL coach to talk about where they envision Rhyan (if they have a plan at all). No Joe Barry to talk about the 2 new defenders; no MLF to talk about Watson and Rhyan

Just seems like I got fewer press conferences than I'm used to. But has that been gone? Am I misremembering?

No, I think you are right. Hopefully we get them tomorrow.

Ruckert paired with LaFleur... just not the correct one.

I mocked Ryan to us a LOT in the 3rd.

Love the pick.
I have nothing against Rhyan. Just seems like we could get a similar player on day 3. I wanted safety, te or edge.

And they fleeced the Viqueens with the trade up.

Somehow they'll still muck this up.

I would have selected Ruckert.

I wanted Edge the most but they are mainly gone. I would have liked Sanders but whatcha gonna do.

I tend to pretty quickly realize my wants and "knowledge" are pretty low compared to the professionals who spend every waking thought on how to improve the roster. Makes my google and youtube searches look pretty stupid when compared to what the Packers do.

So I just celebrate most all picks until they show they were bad.
