I know it’s expected but Bakh still needing some special ramp up plan, this far after the injury, remains a little strange to me. But oh well.
Plenty of time, no sense in pushing him now. He'll be ready.

Awesome to hear Love stacking a few good days together.
Just TC limited pads mostly, but still good.
Sounds like he’s been doing a good job going through his reads. Both actually waiting for the play to develop before moving off reads 1 or 2, but then making it to 3 and 4 quickly enough and not tucking the ball and running. And confidently pulling the trigger when he does. Really hope the OL keeps up some nice protection for him.
Likewise expecting him to probably get blitzed a lot. So hoping they’ve had time and actual Jordan specific plans and coaching to counteract it.
So interesting, not sure I’ve ever seen something like this with our catchers. Just pure youth, and a lot of high end, but not elite, talent. Deguara is the most veteran pass catcher on roster.
But just dumping in 3x2nds, 2x3rds, a 4th and 5th and a few other late rounders. And that’s essentially the entire group.
All with a 1st time starting QB.
Be quite the experiment to watch. Nearly unlimited floor and ceiling, lol.

Coolest Peyton Manning moment was when he and Brett were cruising around Green Bay in Bart's green vette.

I am really digging Jaire's attitude and his embracing of the leadership mantle this TC. He brings energy, talent and accountability. He gives me hope for a Joe Barry led defense.

Man Mel Kiper might have just been right about our 7th round pick. He is looking to be a steal.
Valentine or Johnson?
Valentine primarily

Put your chin strap on tight cause we're going to be delivering some blows.

Love is showing some major talent but has to stay away from the ones like Quay dropped.

iirc, one of the mistakes Love was known to have a bad habit of making, coming out of college, was throwing picks to LBers over the middle, seemingly just not seeing them. It took 'til Day 5 of TC for it to happen, so I am not concerned.
But frankly, we may need to "accept" it to some degree as a small price to pay for having a QB that will attack the middle of the field more aggressively. I fully expect we will see a few of those, even with all practice and film-review efforts to avoid them. 'Just the risk that comes with throwing over the middle.

Yeah, we are coming off of literally the least interception-probe QB in the history of the NFL. Love could be our 3rd straight HoFer and it is overwhelmingly likely that the INT aspect of his game will be worse than what we're used to, probably by a decent margin. That's gonna have to be a fan adjustment; hopefully not a big one though

I don't recall ever seeing a Packers HC ride a bike to practice like that.

We are gonna see a lot of ups and downs from Love this year. As the season wears on hopefully we'll see more ups than downs.

I distinctly remember an NFCCG play where a former GB QB was intercepted by a LB. The same LB did it to the former former QB a few times as well.

Sorry we have too many NFCCG trauma examples to sort through in our memory banks. You need to be more specific

Intrigued to see what this looks like. Can he be a good receiving RB?? Those Jet motions really do stretch a defense.
