We are ranking the bottom half of the roster. Dillon probably is your third-down 'back this year, and fine in that role because he blocks and catches well. A solid role-player in the 30s seems like a reasonable ranking.
Pretty much my thinking.

And a team taking advantage of cap rules to minimize contractual impact for value is exactly the thing I hope and expect them to do.
