The team has been pretty conservative with other position but with QBs they’ve always put them out there if they can play. You have been just a Rodgers thing where he loved to prove his toughness.

So he definitely misses next week. Probably misses the week after. Should be back after that I think.

I still think he misses a month
Operation “get to 2-3 by the time he comes back”

time to reset expectations for the season - maybe.
Worst case = start 0-7 (if Love misses 6 weeks).
Maybe we can sneak one or two wins with a raw QB?
Then, we go on a tear to 9-1 to finish the season to make a final 9-8. Familiar? Uphill fight for sure. So, it'll be amazing if we can steal some wins. I do think we have a good enough roster to do that. But I also have to wonder if Guty makes a move on an experienced QB or not.

Looking for a silver lining here. Malik Willis will have a ton of familiarity with the Colts and even more so with the Titans. Jordan back for Week 4 to ruin the Vikings lives.

This is why I harped on the backup qb position in the preseason.
I’d love was out all year, you just punt on the year as no one could save the teams season
But if a starter is out 6 games, or 4…you want the chance to go .500
Sure you won’t win em all unless you are close like say Cooper rush.
We did realize the situation was code red if something happened to Love and we did something about it..not much of something, but something.
We will now see if that move was the correct move, in Malik.

1 game at a time. I ain't looking at record and playoffs. The goal is to win next week. Scheme Willis into the fold and everyone else needs to be better. Move him around and run the ball effectively l. GB was averaging over 7 yd of play last night That's crazy high. Play better defense and we can win next week no doubt

Good news, 3 to 6 weeks is a lot better then a lost season or ACL, thing is Jorden looked like he could use all the playing time he could get last night, missing receivers, the picks, the dirt ball to Reed, course some of that is lack of protection, but he sure looked rusty, as did most other starters, maybe the don't play starters in PS games so they don't get injured plan will be re-thought.
or get rid of PS games all together, 4th game of season teams have to be to 53, jmo

We don't know much about Malik. But is he anything more than a raw QB? How much time has he actually played NFL ball? They say that he has ability that is almost off the charts. But he needs playing time.
We will surely see how well MLF can scheme for this guy. Gotta be able to risk him throwing the ball someplace. Hopefully to our guys. If ever there were a "right time" to break him in, it would be now.

On another Packers' forum I visit there is a Packer fan who lives in Nashville who says Willis was terrible for the Titans. Yikes...
