Man, the Jets look bad. Offense and defense are being completely dominated by Arizona. It’s not even competitive.
I'll be shocked if AR doesn't retire at the end of the season. Adams too. They don't need this mess.
Yeah, their season is over. Complete disarray. Adams will play somewhere. Rodgers is likely done. This coaching staff is getting wiped at years end barring some miracle comeback. Even then, they’re likely replaced. Rodgers doesn’t have luxury of time to start building a new team. And new guys likely want a fresh start anyway not a 1 year very expensive vet.

Not looking too good, but Stroud seems to want to go toe to toe with him in a bad way.

How the heck do you win a game when you throw five interceptions?

Really good defense and a few interceptions that likely don't have "interception impact" (such as the interception on the final play of the first half)

Starr, Unitas and Elway did it previously. All Hall of Famers.

Standing in the pocket, untouched, for three straight hours.

yeah, the end of the half hail mary's count, but don't if you ask me.
and then having a D that gets the ball back right away. I only watched end of first half and start of 2nd and this old man was falling asleep. But one, D picked on off coming out of the half and then Goff thru one and it was placed around the 1 for The Texans. Detroit stuffed them and they punted from the back of the endzone.
So while it was a turnover, all it was basically was a slight delay in their scoring drive because of their defense. Got great field position and 3 plays later were in the endzone.
They did a good job of minimizing the impact of the turnover and then position on the field where they happened played into their favor at times. Also the Texans did a really good job at matching turnovers at times too. you can have 5, and if they give you 2 or 3 back, it's a lot more manageable. Have 1 of the 5 be meaningless at halftime hail mary, it's really manageable.

Yup.
Turnover differential was 5 to 2. But it was actually 4 to 2 when you exclude the final first half pass.
The early 3rd quarter turnover was essentially a great punt. Lions maybe forewent a FG but the ball being at the 1 gave the ball right back to Detroit in Houston territoy. So now you are essentially looking at an effective 3 to 1 turnover ratio if you remove that series of turnovers off (since it had very little impact).

Seems to me the Lions have done a fine job in mitigating the loss of Hutchinson. Such a huge loss. But their depth and scheme are still superb.
Texans didn't close the deal when they had control. Give cred to the Lions' D. But those Texan kids probably got dizzy from those blaze uniforms. (I hated them. It hurt my eyes to look at them on the screen.)

How long before Jerry Jones gives up on McCarthy? I don't really know. Maybe he hasn't. But that Cowboy team is a complete disaster now.

Because one of the defensive guys you traded for ( Carlton Davis) turned a sure TD into an interception.

Jerruh said he "studied" mid-season firings and they don't work out- so he's sticking with MM until January
As for the bears, they might wanna keep Eberflus until year end. Because right now
all of the blame lands on him and the bears don't have to face the inconvenient reality that Caleb Williams is a long ways away from being an NFL caliber QB. They need to get him a QB whisperer, start with the fundamentals and actually develop his talent.
They fooled themselves into believing the hype while happily ignoring the fact that he had never run an under-center offense, can't read defenses and his fundamentals are abysmal. Williams was able to get away with that crapola in college - but not in the NFL. They need to go back to square one with Caleb if they have any hopes that he'll become an NFL caliber QB. Otherwise, Caleb will just become a coach-killer.
His first victim is already tee'd up.

Goff and Darnold combined for 8 picks and both teams won.

Jerry should hire some who knows what they are doing to run his team. But as long as he doesn’t, we don’t have to worry about them.

This is what you get when a person thinks they are in charge and thinks they are smarter than everyone else.
