Will be close to the end. Surprised how well the defenses are playing against each other. Lions secondary has been really good so far. I expected these offenses to put a few more points up.

It's the Lions pass rush getting to Darnold more than anything else. They are in his head now.

Lions defense has been getting torched recently and tonight they are playing like all pros.

One would think. There is this. Not one of the top scoring teams since 1970 has won a Super Bowl. The Lions are now in that top 10 teams.

Packers barely lost to the Lions. Twice. Can totally win against the #1 seed. I mean, look at today, they had more yards than da Bares even without Love, Jacobs, Doubs, and Watson most of the game. Truly impressive.

This league a week by week league. Something this forum doesn't fully grasp.

It's why emotions here ride such an extreme roller coaster.

I have not seen our players play at the level those teams were last night all year. The hits, the tackling, the tough catches, the pressure they put on the QB etc. Darnold looked like dog &%$@ last night. Floating passes all over. THere were plenty of times he even had time, but they had such consistent pressure it affected the whole game.

We haven't come close to that. Not against a team of starters.

Can our team win? Sure, it's not like they're horrible. But there was a time this season I felt pretty good about all of our chances. After the past few weeks, Losing Jaire for sure, Now no Watson and no field stretching capability, seemingly slide backwards of guys like Reed, for some reason Kraft only gets 2 targets a game it seems, an oline that is ok, but still gives up easy pressure at bad times, a QB prone to lackadaisical play and silly decions at times, and still no consistent pass rush it's going to take some help.

I used to think, if we just limit mistakes we should win. We need that and for a bunch of guys to flip a switch into a mode we haven't really seen in quite a while from them.

Now philly has their own issues. Their QB hasn't thrown a pass in close to a month it seems in a game. But they have excellent offensive and defensive lines. If I felt confident we could stop or at least contain the run, and I do, AND pressure Hurts I would give us much better than a puncher's chance in this game. I'm not sure how much pressure he'll feel coming back.

nahhhhh, emotions run high because our team is soooooooooooooooooo inconsistent, one game dominating the LOS, the next getting blown out, one game Love acts like a NFL QB, the next like a walk on JV player, one game the pass rush is best in league, the next none existant, emotionally that drains a fan

I don't know what to blame this stuff on, except youth, but we only have a week to grow up now, were all out of time.
