I haven't been watching at all today, but just got back from taking my son to a birthday party and caught some draft talk on the radio and this guy was being interviewed. Had no idea who he was, or what position he played, but you could feel the graciousness, genuine gratitude, emotion, thanks etc in that young man's voice. Wasn't until about 10 minutes in I figured out he was a defensive player from TX and still didn't know his name until I got home and checked here.
Just listening to him made him my favorite pick of the draft. I'll be pulling for this kid a little extra. He's not going to let this opportunity slip.

I know the green room dynamics and rules have changed, but I'm pretty sure this is the 4th time in the past 21 years that the Packers selected the last player left in the green room (Rodgers, Cobb, and there was another because I remember bringing it up when it happened)

Excellent day 3 pick. Ross Uglem is already saying he is starter quality. Over 50 pressures at Texas. The RAS score being almost elite. He's a Packer guy, for sure.
How many players were there in the green room at the start? How many get invited anyhow?

I saw those clips from Uglem around when he posted them and it sold me on him. R4 is really good value for him, very happy with this pick.

Iโm jaded and cynical with our leadership (surprise

), but Iโm even more on board with this guy than I am with all the rest. I root for every draft pick to succeed, he is jacked up and dove headfirst into it. Hanging out alone til Day 3? Walk out onstage to your new office? Man, he was up for the moment, understands it and deserves it. Great foot/handwork, mightily strong, goes A-B to quarterback, heโs an instant fan favorite and I knight him the Pick of The Draft. Dude is going to be spitting fire in training camp.
