The Drafts have been below average. However Gute has done better than average in FA. I’ve got to give him props for the Smith bros and Amos. He was able to get Ervin off waivers.

We also have to realize there was no preseason this year for guys to develop.

I do think he really blew it this last draft at least in the first 4 rounds.

I don't know if he blew it with that TE he took in the 3rd. We won't know until next year. And the jury is still out on Love and Dillon.
