Damn, Cobb was wide open
Timing ... Rodgers was already being tackled when he got open
Yes, and don't worry, that post was not intended as a criticism of Rodgers, but rather the OL

Ya, Watson screwed the pooch on that, but he was wide open. Let's remember that.

That first drive is why AR normally requires WR to gain his trust. And tons of people rag on him for it. Then when he gives them opportunities they F it up.
it was well worth the shot and a heluva playcall.

Lights were just too bright for the kid
That is my point. Watson was hurt most of camp, has not gained AR's trust, but AR gives him a shot at a TD and he chokes. Exactly why AR is (or has been) so insistent on young players earning trust first. And Doubs with a bad read, too.
Doub's mistake was worse IMO because it was mental.

Stay out of 3rd and Long and we won’t have to worry about that.
No starting tackles or receivers. Easier said than done.

Yes that is what he is referencing.
Different lenses
Same lense, you just take everything not a compliment of Rodgers as a slight. He was saying damn, Cobb was open if the protection was there.

I hate our coaches' love for reliable mediocrity ala Hanson over talent that isn't perfectly refined.

How many points is a dropped pass worth? If catching it would have been 6, is dropped worth 2 because he wad open?

Keep running and stay patient. Our OL can where this DL out if we keep the volume up.

Obviously not. But the narrative is the WRs can't play. Get him wide open again and I believe he catches it. I'm not going to be Debby downer and think he will never catch another pass.

Not sure about that without bahk and Jenkins

i overreacted last year after week one. Refuse to do the same this year. Besides, D has settled in and we can still win.

But ya, i think its been under estimated the growing pains the WR unit is about to have to go through.

Gutey didn't pick up the right free agents to overcome today's scratches. At least so far today.

Tackles looking fine, not so sure about this Jake Hanson experiment.

I do love me some Kenny Clark...

Cousins with 2 plays where he's had to get rid of it under, like, 1.5secs. Lowry had a quick pressure earlier.

Looks like we're really going 2 ILBs vs 4 wide. If Quay and Campbell can make it work, could be huge...
