Big mistake. Either the route or keeping his balance, but I am honestly more angry at the 4th down play. That just has to get better. Otherwise, just take the FG there and go up 10.

Not bad. Hind sight is always 20/20. But I always say you take your points with a lead. Especially with this defense. It doesn’t matter if you’re up 10 or 14. You just want to be up multiple possessions IMO. The sooner you take the option for them to run away the better. The best way to do that is to be up two possessions.

I don’t think he lost his balance. I think he though he was in the end zone and slid down to protect the ball. Just lack of experience.
