Gonna be close. This year 3.5M annually was exactly on the cusp of netting a 6th round comp pick or nothing. Jamaal's deal was reported to be "up to" 2yrs/7.5M. Depends on what the "up to" means in this case...

NFC teams who made playoffs in 2019 and 2020 = Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks
AFC teams who made playoffs in 2019 and 2020 = Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills

I am thinking because we reached out to him, that Green Bay would be in that list of teams.

Now, is it made the playoffs both of the last 2 years OR made the playoffs at least once in the last 2 years??!!
