Using hindsight to cast judgment on the performance of the GM goes both ways...

The situations aren’t even remotely the same. Also how are those 1st and 2nd round picks doing that we received? Just checking.
Didn't say they were. I simply provided an instance of positive rearview mirror analysis, much in the way you're in the habit of providing, only in all things negative about "Gutebumst"..
I guess I’m confused. How is it a positive again? All I see is Davante Adams and a 2nd round pick traded for Quay Walker and Christian Watson. That’s an F trade if I’ve ever seen one.

I love what Saquan is doing for the league. I love that the NFL is seeing a resurgence in the importance of the RB position. Barkley, to me, is like a poor man's version of Adrian Peterson. Which is still really good. He is worth the money in my opinion.

Right!!! Jacobs will cash in next year as next season he goes for 1850 yards and a super bowl with Dante in the mix.
 :beer2: :woohoo: :jam: :cigar: :thwap:
dar goes those damn ticket prices soaring again.

RB, most undervalued position in professional sports, more production than receivers and gets half the money :thwap:

Ringo, I agree 1000 per year for a season ticket isn't out of possible for a single guy, or even a married couple, but what about a family of 4, that's 4 K per year, that's a whole lot of spendable money for any family, especially now with cola being so much higher :aok:
I only have 2 tickets so the cost is manageable. I agree........the price for 4 tickets is another matter altogether budgetarily. Plus my Section 130 seats are relatively cheap compared to the premium seats.
Oh, and now inflation is kicking in again. So much for luxury items like freakin' effen eggs and Buffalo Trace.

From what I've heard, he has been less available than Jaire.

Too talented to sign for cheap, too damaged to rely on or invest in. Pass. Unless it's cheap and limited role player 2nd half of season and hope he makes it thru the playoffs.

I want players who are available. There are plenty out there. Build me a team, not a roster.

Great line but it's so easy to say I want guys that are available. No crap everyone does. It's the NFL guys get hurt. It's easy to point that out.

There has to be a balance. A price and risk evaluation.

Green Bay took a swing at woodson after only playing 6 games the year before. Other teams didn't want to touch him

Guys get hurt and some more then others. Totally get it but to base a team off of just health and not better talents gets you an average team.

To be fair, as it relates to Bosa, he did play 14 games last year.

He just didn't play very well relative to his history. You could argue those injuries have sapped some of that explosiveness that made him special.

to be fair, no two grading systems are alike, while PFF gives Bosa 34 pressures, PFR gives him 19, 4 less than Gary, he did play 50% of defensive snaps though, still I'd give a pass to Bosa, however the collective sent him back to another PB last year, which is another slap at the integrity of the PB imho :thwap:

Lol what are the jags doing. Kirk is what he is but is solid and you send him to division rival for basically nothing?

Brian Thomas made him expendable and he had a very expensive contract.

Gute should definitely look into it. He will want a long term contract extension no doubt. This guy is better than Crosby and will probably get less $ due to age.

Agree. IF Gute is going to go after an edge, Hendrickson should be the new #1 target.
