McCarthy's explanation seemed reasonable. Try to get near the 20 so you can have 5 verticals instead of a hail mary. Make them spread their coverage across the end zone.
But they didn't have enough time to screw around trying to get to the 20 by Dak running the ball. They had enough time to try a couple of hail mary's and that's it. With the way the 'girls played they would have had no business winning that game in OT anyway.

Murray should be rushing as much as he throws
I can probably agree with this in a do or die game such as the playoffs, but he has to stay in the pocket more in the regular season just to survive. He is really small and every year the cards look good when he is 100%, then he gets himself dinged at some point, and they start their free fall. He has to limit his running in order to survive.
in 2019 they finished the year 2-7
in 2020 they finished the year 3-6
in 2021 they finished the year 4-7

Kyler murray aint built for this.
Little man cant hang over the course of a full season.
He was dreadful but his OL didn't do him any favors. Yikes.

I feel like we are somewhat accurately wildling down to the best 8 teams. Or very close to it.
Maybe I’d toss in Dallas over Tennessee, but we are close.
I think TN and Buffalo are better than Dallas. The 'girls are lucky they play in the NFCE.

I think the media just likes to bop McCarthy because of his appearance.
Does „bob“ mean something like „make fun of, ridicule“? And what is MM‘s appearence that triggers it? I mean it cannot be his fatness because many coaches are fat in this league, right?

I too don't think the media is making fun of MM because of his girth. They have ammunition if they consider how undisciplined his team is and his lousy time management issues. One thing MFL has over MM in spades is Matt's teams do not hurt themselves with costly penalties.

Nagler says our time is official...
Saturday night, 8:15pm.
7:15pm, in the only time zone that matters!
This is one of the things I don't like about living in the EST.
I'm in South Africa. I'll take your time zone anytime. Kickoff for me will be around 3 a.m. on Sunday morning.
:-)

Probably. But the main issue here is either bandwidth or interruptions. Somehow, many of the feeds have crappy video quality when a play is actually being run and good when it's between plays.
Maybe this'll be one of those times when the NFL app is actually allowing the entire world to watch for free? Then I should be okay.

It's sort of funny that I'm 7000 miles from Scott4Pack , but am in the same time zone. Distance to Lambeau Field? Mere 4000 miles and 8 hours.
At least I have 5G and pretty stable internets in Finland. I got a day off work, so I'll see the game.
