Toonen to Dillon featured Charlie Behrens today. You can't help but feel like AJ Dillon has just completely embraced the Wisconsin culture when you here him talking to Charlie Behrens about Ol' Fashion'd preferences...

Packers designated WR Randall Cobb (core muscle surgery) to return from injured reserve.

Cobb opened his three-week practice window on Thursday. It's a surprisingly quick turnaround for a 31-year-old who went down in early December, but evidence of a flawless surgical recovery. Cobb undoubtedly will not return this week, and could even sit out Week 18, but he is now on track to be officially activated before the postseason.
The roster all coming back together at just the right time.

I really think the loss of Bak cost the NFCCG last year. But this year the OL is in better shape even with all the injuries (would be great to get Myers back though). But to get back Cobb, MVS, Alexander, and even a situational Z, might be enough to go all the way. Sad thing is, without the injuries this is the best roster in the league.

True that it is a shame. But most teams deal with injuries. In the McCarthy era, these injuries would have completely sabotaged our chances to get out of the divisional round. What’s awesome is this time around we are showing to have the depth the have “chance” to endure. A testament to coaching staff and Gute.

Having Cobb and MVS back provides that extra security blanket AND the “you must respect the speed” threat. That can really be huge for opening up the offense again.

What's the news on our punter? It was reported Wednesday that he was added to the covid list.
I don't think we added a punter since then, and don't know if we have one on the PS.

Jaire Alexander placed on Covid list.

Good.

Get that out of the way now so it’s done and over with.

Now that #1 seed is locked up, they should have a big team party, have everyone get it so it is over with, and forfeit against Detroit.
