Love's eyes and arm slots make it hard for LBs and the Secondary to read where he is going. Combined with his arm talent and mobility, this makes his ceiling MVP level.

Agreed. It needs to get there faster.

I thin it was either Orlovsky or Warner that said Love is built to throw the ball. And because of that, Love throws on his back foot because he fears it will go deep in the stands.

The next level of his development is learning to throw into his passes and not have the ball get away from him. He's better. But he still "touches" it too much.
