Kyle Fuller might be a cap casualty. Someone to keep an eye on for us. Not sure we will be able to afford him though.

That should be good enough for a 6th.
Looking at a 4 and a 6 right now.
Gonna be close. This year 3.5M annually was exactly on the cusp of netting a 6th round comp pick or nothing. Jamaal's deal was reported to be "up to" 2yrs/7.5M. Depends on what the "up to" means in this case...

Seems like it should stay at a 6th, believe it’s basically based off their average annual value ranking in the league, doubt he’ll drop below the limit.

Wow I didn’t know you get 3rd round compensatory picks for developing and losing minority coaches/GMs for 2 years.

Send the Cardinals a 7th for Isabella.

Reportedly for $8m. I didn’t think he’d get near that much. Not with the year he had last year, anyway. He seems sapped of explosiveness and wasn’t the same contested ball winner he’d been in the past.

AJ Green and Deandre Hopkins is pretty sick. At least it would have been at one time.

Yeah, a buddy of mine texted that with Fitzgerald not officially retired yet, AJ Green, and Hopkins, the Cardinals have the best 2017 WR corps around.

Me wants but will never gets.
Would have to offer a monster deal for not get it matched. J.C. has perfect size at 6-1/198, 4.46 speed is enough, 25 years old, 9 INTs last season, 5 INTs the year before. Drool, drool...

I’m honestly shocked they didn’t put a 1st round tender on it. Maybe they’re hoping someone else works out the contract at a cheaper price for them so they can match it.

I actually just made a similar joke with Trent Williams and Alex Mack signing in SF

RFA tenders are such an effective tool, especially now that the poison pill clauses were outlawed. Forces the suitor team to both offer an overpriced deal the original team (who know the player best) finds too much for the player's services, and then you have to pay a 2nd rounder worth millions on top of that.

And honestly they should. The team who "found" the UDFA gem should honestly retain the rights to the player for the same amount of time as a draft pick.

Eagles just released DL Malik Jackson and I was also curious if Marcel Dareus is all done with NFL.
Those are (2) 31 yr old DL's that might be useful in Titletown

I don’t want to spend anymore on WR. We drafted a rb in round 2 and resigned 33 for a reason. If we commit to using those guys we don’t need more than an adams, Tonyan, and the compliment of Lazard and MVS.
We just have to actually do what Lafleur claims with his lips to want to do..which is run the ball.
Our run/pass ratio was 7th highest in the league, we won 13 games, and had the league's #1 offense. I think we did alright on that front.
I’m talking about during crunch time. The time that people say we need another WR. I think if we are patient with the run and continue to use (think 4th qtr vs TB) then we do not need an extra WR in those times. We have what we need if we can commit to remaining balanced. We have built a team to run the ball in those moments, even when it doesn’t appear easy at first. We have to be patient. If we are, we have no need for additional pass catchers in my opinion.
