From Lambeau to Lombardi, Holmgren, McCarthy and LaFleur and from Starr to Favre, Rodgers and now Jordan Love we’re talking Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers football. This Packers Forum is the place to talk NFL football and everything Packers. So, pull up a keyboard, make yourself at home and let’s talk some Packers football.
Way to go Doubs to wrestle away a pretty bad pass on what could have been an easy TD.
It was by no means a good pass, but running left throwing right is not an easy pass.
IM getting skiddish about Love though. He doesn't make enough "WOW" plays. I never find myself saying " What a play!! Not many QBS got that in them" I mean making plays despite the team struggling. It seems like he is just a guy sometimes and too robotic.
The TD pass showed what I was afraid of with Love.
He just lofts the ball too much. Too much touch.
That ball needs to GET THERE. It just takes too long. Doubs bailed out Love on that TD big time.
True, but not the full picture. He doesn't throw the proper pass for the situation. He will loft it when it needs to be flatter, but on deep throws where you want loft he bullets it.
I challenge you to find me these bullet balls you are talking about.

It’s the nfl. Gotta make passes that aren’t easy. Most should not be easy.
Yep and yep. Good thing he made it.

I don’t know what the right call is for that Doubs TD, but I’ve never heard that whoever had the first two feet down stipulation before. Not to go against Statorie or whatever his name is, but I’m not sure that is right.

First 2 weeks we saw some, last 4, not so much. Not sure what to make of it yet.

I don't see them.
We have seen some. Not many, but some.

That was an INT. Gross mistake by refs. But good for us, so move on. We can still win this one ugly.
Nope
