i honestly wouldnt mind seeing what we look like for one game without him. I fear having a rusty Giannis in game one that we still try to get the ball to and it hurts our ball movement and effeciency. Similar to what the Hawks went through in game 6 with Young and Nets with Harden. I know we need Giannis to win the full series, but I wouldnt mind measuring up the Suns in game one without Giannis to see if we can steal one or gain confidence because we were closer than some might have expected.
Lopez feels like the key to this series if Giannis isnt himself. Can he slow Ayton down? Can he get buckets on Ayton like he did Capela?
I see Middleton on Booker, Holiday on CP3, and Portis or Lopez on Ayton.
PJ Tuckers role in this series should be interesting. It sure would be a grand time for him to find some confidence in that corner 3. I remember he used to be a dead eye from there in Houston. I kind of feel like we need one more shooter to really step up and stretch their Defense.
Go Bucks. Bucks in 6.

What I'm hoping for is that Giannis' injury somehow became a blessing in disguise and that the team figured out new wrinkles in their offense. My vision is that Giannis could come back but play more low post ball and we could use him less on the key. Giannis and Lopez could dominate down low while Middleton and Holiday dominate at the key. If that can happen, then that gives the Bucks a clear advantage in this series, imo.

I think Pat or Forbes can be that guy, but I agree. They need someone, who will likely get a ton of open looks, to put some balls through.

Im excited for the series. We have so many likable guys on the squad, im really happy for them. I hope they can finish the drill. I am somewhat unconvinced of the Suns. I do know they are really really good, but there road to get here had some fortune. i hope that fortune has run out.

The Suns are also pretty inexperienced. I think we can continue to use experience to our advantage.

The Suns are really high energy and can put up some points. They're also pretty good on the offensive glass. We definitely need Giannis back to win the series. My opinion is that if we can steal 1 of the first 2 and then Giannis comes back looking even close to his old self, I think we win in 6 games.
A lot of national pundits continue to underrate the Bucks. Since we went down 2-0 vs the Nets, we have gone 8-3 with two of those losses coming against players who have had the best games of their careers and another one when Giannis got hurt.
Should be a good series.

There is not a single player on either team to win a championship. I like that. Suns were my favorite team when I was a kid. I still have a black Barkley jersey around someplace. Still cheering for the Bucks, of course.

Me too, but I liked Kevin Johnson.

Dan Majerle was awesome.
I've got an old Hornets jacket too. Was a big fan of Grandmama back in the day.

That team was so awesome and I was pretty heartbroken when Paxton his that 3 in Game 6. Thought they had that game and would win in 7 because they were really starting to figure out how to beat the Bulls after dropping the first 2 at home.

Wow; crazy. Kevin Johnson was my man back then.

Giannis looks good in warm ups. If he’s not cleared tonight I think he suits up for game 2.

Bucks in the Finals, never thought I'd see the day. I wish I could be in Milwaukee right now, I'll have to support them out in NYC. Fear the Deer!

Only saw the last 3 minutes of the half. Suns creating good shots, Bucks sloppy. But looks to be close and Giannis doing good things.

Well, they didn't fix it at halftime.

Suns putting it in the basket. Bucks aren't. I'm probably jinxing them by watching. But it is ugly right now.

Holiday doesn't belong on the floor. A liability right now.

He’d been a turnover machine!
