What's crazy is the offense isn't even good yet.
The Super Bowl's (a Super Bowl win) is the limit for this offense. It's fun watching this offense mature. Defense too!

"Dem boys looked cold out there"

Gotta bring the Title back to Titletown!
Funny thing is, if Detroit wasn’t so good, I think we’d all have our hopes really high for a Super Bowl. It could still happen of course, but they’ll most likely have to go on the road.
I actually don't mind a road show Super Bowl run.

I don't think the Lambeau homefield fan advantage offsets the environmental impact on declining play. The Packers have shown over the past decade+ that they don't gain any distinct advantage playing in crappy weather. Just look back to the earlier Detroit game for the latest example.

This offense plays better indoors. Let them go on the road and potentially be in their best playing environment.

Jordan will be signing stuff in the Atrium with donations going to the Salvation Army. Minimum is reportedly $100. The normal going rate is about $200. Go Pack.

The Eagles, right now, are the best team in the NFC. The NFC right now-

1. Eagles
2. Lions
3. Packers

I could get behind that. I think the Tier 1 group in the NFC on terms of ceiling is Philly, Detroit, and Green Bay.

I think any of those teams could beat the other and there is no clear level of play between (like the 2019 49ers were clearly in their own level).

I also say "ceiling" because I think Green Bay has a higher probability of playing below their ceiling than Detroit and Philly.

That could be valid today, primarily due to the Detroit injuries on defense. Next week could be different but I doubt it. Eagles and Lions are tough physically. Goff seems to have the edge over Hurts at QB but that's just a comment on the offense. Agree Philly's D is likely the tiebreaker and Saquon Barkley's presence is scarier than the Detroit and Green Bay running back combos (he might be the league MVP).

Packers need to get better really quickly ...... first win the next 4 in a row. Then figure out how to go toe to toe with Philly and Detroit. Having Jacobs gives me hope. The Packers defense in its current rendition does NOT give me hope. Jordan might have to make it all happen winning wild shootouts. For good luck Jordan will be signing my helmet today containing Reed, Watson, Doubs and Kraft signatures.

:woohoo:

Unfortunately I strongly agree with the last statement. Philadelphia, to me, has that Kansas City feel in the NFC. They are a resilient team that just seems to find ways to win.

Looks like Love is pretty good at making things up on the fly, as well.

Swiped this from another post, but it's worth repeating

"Jordan Love's career numbers during Toyotathon

517 passes for 4,088 yards, 29 TDs, 6 INTs

He's posted an ANY/A of 7.92
The highest career ANY/A in NFL history is Patrick Mahomes with 7.50 and #2 is Aaron Rodgers with 7.20 for perspective."

We've had 1.5 ToyotaThons so far...
so the same size for Love is pretty close to a full season - but it's not the career numbers from Mahomes/Rodgers.
Love hasn't hit the minimums yet for the stat at Pro Football Reference

Multiple games with nagging injuries, Love is still shining vs the rest of the league

"Jordan Love is QB4 in EPA per play this year, and the Packers tend to start peaking in December/January.
Dangerous team."

Correction.

Packers peak in December/January and then fall off a cliff the 2nd/3rd week in January (most specicifically with 15 minutes to go or less to their season)

From The 33rd team

https://www.the33rdteam.com/jordan-love ... -thriving/

That deep ball has been Love's best weapon all year. In fact, according to Pro Football Focus, his passer rating of 108.3 on passes 20-plus yards downfield is higher than his passer rating at any other level of the field.

Image

...That consistent running game all season has helped Love thrive under center and with play-action. Per PFF, he's posted a 109.4 passer rating on play-action passes this season with 860 yards, six touchdowns, and just one interception.

Love's numbers are even better when throwing from under center, regardless of play-action, because of that constant threat of Green Bay's run game. Per TruMedia, he's completed 34-of-51 passes from under center for 532 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception for a 119.1 passer rating.

Super Impressive and I don't think most realize what we are seeing from Jordan every week.
