He’s good enough for sure. People have complained about the TE position. I think that position has been fine especially in this offense. I don’t believe you need a dominant TE in this scheme unless you’re getting a guy like Kittle who is an elite blocker and is athletic. Tonyan could get more concise tent as a blocker. As a receiver he can’t be denied.

Tonyan is probably our most agile/fluid TE since Finley. Quarless had his moments, but he was inconsistent.
