You guys ever read Packers.com's monthly "Murphy Takes 5" column? He doesn't come across as someone who would shy away from this controversy. Some of the fan letters he's published and answered were downright nasty.
There is absolutely nothing for Murphy or Gutey to comment on until the NFL says something was done wrong and action is taken. If the NFL has no problems with what's been done, what do they have to talk about?
None of the problems over the last year have had anything to do with Lafleur, yet he is been the one front of center taking the bullets and threading the needle of keeping media happy, rodgers happy, and his bosses happy. Not easy to do!
Murphy split up the power structure where everyone in the building reports to him...every question about accountability for protocols being followed should thus go to him. But Masterful Lafleur cant say that because he has to be a good soldier. Lafleur is epic!
Both of those guys talked about the Rodgers stuff before the season started. MLF is in front of the media every day and he has answered exactly how he wants to and he's been instructed to. Not any of their faults that the media keeps asking questions that they know will only get a "No Comment" answer. Murphy and Gutey will talk when there is something to say about this Rodgers situation, I guarantee it. No point in 3 guys saying no comment right now.
But MLF has handled it great. But I do feel bad for him.
Ok, gone again. Only came back because you responded!
Ok, have fun guys. Time for me to actually bow out of this conversation. It can't go anywhere productive or humorous at this point. On to the Chiefs!
Opened it up and it hasn't even been a day and it goes political again. Unfortunate. Time to lock again and leave it.
Me and wally showed up, but we have said nothing political. I think you're reacting to what you expect to happen, rather than what has actually happened (so far at least).

It always goes that way anyway, plus you have missed a lot that has been cut already. No expectation, actually what has been happening. Keep the politics in the politics forum, certain people CAN NOT do that.

Interesting interview.
I would just encourage everyone to give it a listen to get his story rather than basing your whole opinion on 3 selective quotes on twitter.

Officer23 feels crowd control is his role I guess
Keep the politics in the politics forum where it belongs and there would be no need at all.

There is gunna be some crossover into politics, just don’t make the post be 100% political and don’t have to be an ass when you do it, and no one will care.

I mean you used the term "not a dumb NPC sheep" which can very much be argued as a political term making fun of a specific group of people. One in which I would be categorized in this situation because me and my wife listened to the advice of all our doctors we spoke with both professionally and those who are our friends and therefore took the vaccination proudly.
Now I could honestly give a rats a$$. I have far thicker skin than being offended by the word sheep or snowflake. But I can see why people wouldn't want this in a football forum and also I think the "I haven't said anything political" isn't true in this case.

How about ZERO comments that are 100% political. Zero need for it when there is an ENTIRE sub forum dedicated to it.

What is it that you think I said?
100% of the post be 100% political. A lot of half on topic, half political posts, however. If we are on the same page, then
