Wasn't even a 12 hour wait for 2 picks...

I was thinking about all the NFL season changes coming up and such and how they will impact this league. I am not exactly sure when cuts are right now but I propose we make them 3 days before the first regular season game. If no NFL this year, we hold current roster until next season.

Oh I am so stoked.
Love Bryan Edwards as a prospect but am way too heavily committed to Raiders skill players (a TE, 3 WRs) as it is, so wouldn't take him.
Hate Duvernay as a prospect; I think she doesn't play fast, isn't sudden or quick, and struggles to create separation while playing in a run-first offense.
So two picks go to guys I had no desire to select myself! Woohoo.

That's a good idea and a good thing to be thinking about. Thanks for bringing it upPckfn23 wrote: ↑09 Jul 2020 11:03I was thinking about all the NFL season changes coming up and such and how they will impact this league. My 2021 3rd round pick and 2021 4th round pick are each available for trade to anyone who would prefer not to make their remaining pick this year. One for one.

Steal of the draft. Speed, good hands. New Wes Welker! No separation, speed or acceleration? I think Yoho is just mad he missed out again!
Edwawrds is a boom or bust pick. Hands might kill him.

My one condition on the trade was not to announce it until OTC because I was worried you would jump me.

Was the next player on my list, but I don't like him as much having seen him play a lot.

Figured YoHo would have made this pick within 30 seconds.

I didn't say he has no speed; I said he doesn't play as fast... like watching his tape I'd think he was a regular upper 4.4s, 4.5s guy, but he timed in the 4.3s; I just feel like his speed doesn't translate enough to the field. And his wiggle is mediocre. And he's in a crowded, unproven WR room. Just never really liked him. AMAZING hands, though. Could be the Ravens' new Willie Snead, which isn't bad for this point.
I mean, I legit put offers in to Waldo and backthepack for their picks, so yeah--a reasonable fear.
Eason was #20 on my big board.
I'm now deciding between three guys based on who I think is most likely to fall to 33, which is always a gamble.
Trade Summary:
* Titletown Tyrants gets: 2020 3rd round pick 3.10 #30 (Titletown T..)
* Trudge gets: 2021 4th round pick 4.10 #40, 2021 3rd round pick 3.10 #30

I got distracted by reacting to my Eason sadness.
Legit, I traded for future picks in 2018 thinking he'd play 3 years at UGA and enter the draft (The Josh Rosen pick was destined for Eason). Never expected Fromm to keep his job after the injury and Eason to transfer, sit a year, and wind up a 4th round pick in 2020.
