Oline is scarce in March - May. It's non existent in the season.

In Love's defense, if Kraft doesn't slip on his route, then Baun doesn't have the freedom to drop to the middle of the field. Love almost can't anticipate that. Key here was that Kraft took himself out of the pattern by the slip.

Even with the slip Kraft was wide open. Love threw to an area with no offensive players. He needs to see the field.

And again I don't think they thought Dillard would be concussed for the month.

The defense is definitely our saving grace and keeping us in this. Offense is offensive and has been for awhile now.

Well on a positive. All things considered the Defense has been outstanding.

Need Lafleur to get in the groove calling plays in the 2nd half. Need to hang it all out there.

I am so impressed with our defense right now.

The heart says that Love isn't bringing the juice. So a switch to Willis might make sense. Problem is, we are PAYING Love to be QB1. It's gonna be a sink or swim kinda deal. When we pay a guy (who still happens to be a young starting QB) to be the guy, we have to let him play through the stuff that is hard. And this is one of those times.

Yeah, maybe we lose this game. But it's still only 10 - 0 at half. And you could even say we are gaining momentum thanks to our defense. So, we keep our QB1 and it's an easy call. He will get more opps in the second half to succeed.

This is true, but you can't win a game with 0 points from the offense
