He's been right every year of his life except 1996 and 2010. Man just knows more than most.Pckfn23 wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:51We get it. You predict doom and gloom, has been the same thing for 15 years.
This is one of those games where you look more to talent acquisition during the off season.
I agree, just disappointed we withered in the face of a worthy opponent. No pass rush again, wide open receivers every play etc. Williams and Jaire fix that I think but I’m worried without.Crazylegs Starks wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:46I'm not even going to get bent out of shape about this game. The playoffs are a different animal; weird, wild stuff happens all the time.

The problem for me is we played a very competitive game against the Lions not to long ago and we felt pretty good. We are just getting dominated by what appears to be a superior team today. Its a little demoralizing. I am going to root like hell and have hope in the playoffs but my confidence level has taken a serious hit today.musclestang wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:56I agree, just disappointed we withered in the face of a worthy opponent. Offensively, penalties again, pass protection issues again, can’t catch the ball again. Poor all around play again against a good team.
We’re going to have to stand up to that sooner rather than later
No team can.
If a team wants to measure itself against other good teams, they scout how we fail. This game, Guty has stuff to pick from. But some players and coahces need to improve in the playoffs. If they don't, then look to some other players/coaches next year. Simple as that.go pak go wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:58what?Scott4Pack wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:56This is one of those games where you look more to talent acquisition during the off season.
Wally is right again. Too bad LaCoach didn't kick the FG on 4th and 2.wallyuwl wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:50Will beat the Bears by 7-13 points. Win wildcard against Rams by 3-6. Then beat MN or Det in divisional. I'm told this team is right there, so close to these other teams.Pckfn23 wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:47100%. It's unfortunate that some have to cope by saying we are terrible and the season is over.Crazylegs Starks wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:46I'm not even going to get bent out of shape about this game. Lmao. This season is like watching the movie to a book you’ve already read. I’ll keep watching hit I won’t be remotely surprised when they lose to the Eagles, Vikings, or Lions because all three of those teams are better than this one.Crazylegs Starks wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:54So you're not going to watch the rest of the season. Got it. See you next August!lupedafiasco wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:51Wild stuff happens. For us to win it all we would need to have it happen 4 weeks in a row and against 3 of those teams they will likely be teams we already lost to and proven to be worse than. We were swept by the Lions. Swept by the Vikings. And we lose to the Eagles on a neutral field a best.Crazylegs Starks wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 17:46I'm not even going to get bent out of shape about this game. We beat all the borderline teams. Texans, Seahawks, Cardinals. All best of the bums and no one is worried about them. We aren’t any different.
You look to improve every offseason. Today has nothing to do with the 2026 offseason strategy. Especially considering there was nothing glaring that we need to improve outside of corner which we already knew.Scott4Pack wrote: ↑29 Dec 2024 18:00If a team wants to measure itself against other good teams, they scout how we fail.
