Generally been Sunday night week before, get a chance to go through waivers before the first game Thursday.
Also, isn’t FA normally locked at this time?

Usually is...with 2 or 3 games too.
When is the first game anyways? Baseball starting late and basketball still on is weird.

There is no normal; in the past the draft was about to happen or just happening. Last year was the first year with the early draft and free agency was on some weird weekly thing I think, but that was mostly an accident. The intent of the earlier draft was to have free agency open during camp so people could add and drop fringe guys based on rumors and whatnot.
Since we decided not to make any changes based on a brief discussion of going later due to lack of info, the original cutdown date should still stand, right?

IF you need an every week starter at WR or TE, I'll give you Jimmy Graham or Larry Fitzgerald for cheap, throw me an offer.
FWIW, Graham was the 21st fantasy TE and Fitz was the 35th fantasy WR.

And just like that, Olabisi Johnson balling out earning the starting spot clearly over Justin Jefferson (according to reports) and getting Adam Theilen as a fluff piece in a trade and I got two $%@# Viking starters.
I'll give both away for promises of 3 Lombardi's on posts of my choosing.

I have been trying to get Mostert ever since BF004 beat me to the waiver claim. Finally finished it off.

Ok, correct me if I'm wrong here...
Packfntk and BF004 are looking to give up aging or useful non-star players for youth and future prospects...
While NCF is looking to trade young prospects for more proven players?
AM I interpreting the general agendas correctly? I don't want to go the complete wrong direction on any offers

Just WR's. I have a glut of unproven guys. I would prefer picks, but needed RB's. I only had 5 on my roster and only 3 likely to see snaps, so getting Mostert and Cohen was huge for me.
