Yup. That's what I was more meaning about.

More beer please! Might have to throw down some tequila shots if we have to listen to Brady.

Yes, but was the moon waxing or waning? And was it in a month starting with a vowel or consonant? And does outdoors include dome venues with an open roof but artificial lighting?? Oh the variables! Arrrgghh!Pckfn23 wrote: ↑12 May 2022 21:04@go pak go
26-23 in away games in September, since 1992.
123-118 in all away games during that period.
12-11 in away games in September and 59-54 in all away games since 2008.
4-1 in away games in September and 17-8 in all away games over the last 3 seasons.
Now if we want to say outdoors above 75 and away, 0-1 since 2019, 1-2 since 2008, and 3-5 since 1992.

Looking forward to watching the Packers play on TV on Christmas Day.Pugger wrote: ↑12 May 2022 20:52The last time we played in Miami we won. It is better for us to play in FL early because it is still pretty mild in WI. It might be more of a culture shock when we go over to Miami in December. We also have to remember a lot of our guys live in a warmer climate in the offseason so they can handle the heat better than a lot of you guys back in WI.
Not me. I have better things to do on Christmas day rather than sit in front of a television for hours on end. I personally wouldn't mind if the NFL scheduled all that week's games on Saturday and Monday.RingoCStarrQB wrote: ↑13 May 2022 07:00Looking forward to watching the Packers play on TV on Christmas Day.Pugger wrote: ↑12 May 2022 20:52The last time we played in Miami we won. I agree. Going to a football game on Christmas Day doesn't seem right to me. Watching on TV maybe not so much.APB wrote: ↑13 May 2022 07:08Not me. I went to one Thanksgiving Day Packers game at Lambeau (the Bart Starr - Brett Favre game), and that didn't feel right either ... I should have stayed home.
I'll record the Packers-Dolphins game and watch it later on TV if necessary. Merry Christmas.
Screwed worse than any other team in terms of playing teams with extra rest vs having extra rest.

That happened last year too I believe. We played a lot of teams coming off their bye week.
The NFL wants nothing more than to see the Broncos and Wilson succeed. I don't know when that sale is supposed to happen, but the NFL has to be salivating over it.
Side note, week 14 bye weeks should be outlawed.

Just wait until Brady gets there.

Acheman is awful. Anytime I start wondering if I'm just being too harsh on him, he dispels that doubt whenever I hear him call our games.
NEVER FORGET... when an opponent defender was called for a head-to-head personal foul hit on Rodgers, upon watching the clear foul on replay, Acheman said: "I hate to say it, but (... something to the effect of: that looks like the correct call)." No, he was not voicing regret that somebody hit Rodgers in the head, just that the call for doing that would stand.
When people show you who they are, believe them. Acheman revealed himself. He's a hack. NEVER FORGET!
I have no idea if Brady will be any good or insufferable as an announcer, but I am willing to give him a chance, unlike Hack Acheman.

Honestly I don't care if he hates the Packers. Like whatever.Labrev wrote: ↑13 May 2022 16:13Acheman is awful. Anytime I start wondering if I'm just being too harsh on him, he dispels that doubt whenever I hear him call our games.

I think my only real gripe with the crew is they just sound like they don't want to be there. Like when you watched John Madden...the dude oozed excitement to be there. Tony Romo...the dude oozes excitement. Same with Collinsworth. They love the game. I just feel that Aikman and Buck are more concerned about their hair and fancy clothes than being at cold Lambeau Field watching a great game.

Romo is enthusiastic and likeable...but he does talk an awful lot.

Palmy - "Very few have the ability to truly excel regardless of system. For many the system is the difference between being just a guy or an NFL starter. Fact is, everyone is talented at this level."
Romo is good, though I think he was best his first year. Herbstreit is just awful, he NEVER shuts up and it is mostly obvious or stupid stuff.Crazylegs Starks wrote: ↑13 May 2022 20:25Romo is enthusiastic and likeable...but he does talk an awful lot.
