I'm thinking something along the same lines. If you had to cancel some games or play them without fans, do the ones that have the least impact on postseason and tiebreakersTheGreenMan wrote: ↑06 May 2020 17:07Not knowing what live game situations are going to look like, fans in stadiums... maybe giving the Covid pandemic "more time" to settle down before rivalry games? Divisional games produce more revenue, want the league on all cylinders type of thing.
… I'm obviously guessing here.

But the virus has everything to do with the schedule. And nothing that was posted was getting into who is right. Who is wrong. Or anything political. It was simply stated as "these are the states to monitor as these will probably be the guinea pigs of the impact on the upcoming NFL schedule."
I'm pretty bummed because I am moving to Cincinnati this June and was going to do the Indy game as my road game since it is only 2 hours away. I don't think I will get to do that anymore.
Yeah, as of now they are releasing the NFL schedule as if nothing is going on though.go pak go wrote: ↑07 May 2020 11:24But the virus has everything to do with the schedule. Sorry, I am about covid conversation tapped out and want something to keep my mind off of it.
Wisconsin Cheese Is Better Than California Cheese!
Middle of the pack for the Pack and easiest schedule in the NFCN (largely because we don't play ourselves, twice).

I cannot tell you how annoyed I get about the strength of schedule complaints from inside the division or especially when it comes from MN fans.
MINNESOTA. WE HAVE THE EXACT SAME SCHEDULE HOME AND AWAY EXCEPT TWO GAMES.
CHICAGO AND DETROIT. WE HAVE THE EXACT SAME SCHEDULE EXCEPT FLIPPED HOME AND AWAY FOR NON DIVISION GAMES EXCEPT TWO GAMES.
And those two games for us are in theory harder since we get the prior year's division winner.

I am not positive, obviously, but I am assuming they would treat it as a hold out type situation, so I would think it would not accrue. We are in uncharted territory, so no real answers.

I hate, hate, hate, hate Week 1 matchups vs division rivals.
Also I wouldn't be mad if the Vikings had to play in Lambeau in December for a change. This is at least the 3rd year in a row MN at GB prior to Week 2.

3 home games in December and a finale outdoors in Chicago.
Green Bay's new running based O setting up nicely. Dillon should have found his feet by then.
