WR Khalil Shakir would be intriguing. Seems like guy who overcomes deficiencies with smarts.

A TON of undersized slot WRs/returners available.

The Packers lunatic fringe is more visible because of sheer numbers. The Packers have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports. If the fringe percentage is the same as with other teams, then we end up with larger volumes of nut jobs. - JustJeff

Most WRs come bursting off the line every time. Shakir sometimes did, sometimes not. He seemed to have a plan for every snap.

Will that work in the NFL? No. NFL CBs are smart. But a heady WR and his coaches can come up with other plans. He's no athletic slouch either.

I don't think Shakir is super talented, but do think he's be a fun piece.
