Credit to the Vikes. They have a chance to go all the way.

I still think the Pack could wake up before their season is over. But they need to step up in a big way in two weeks.

Now that it's been proven beyond any doubt that we simply can't beat any of the top tier teams, it would be so much sweeter to go out there and beat them nevertheless. In order to have a cool underdog story, you first have to be the underdog...

Do I believe we'll win the SB this season? No. Do I dare hope? Of course!

One of my main take aways is that Bullard sucks. How can he look like he is in position to make a play then become the slowest, least twitchy player on the field? Green bay good, just not good enough right now at the moment. We will see.

Pretty obvious Hafley was afraid to get to exotic once Zayne went down. Bullard having to move to safety was our downfall this game. Growing pains of playing rookies.

With all our mistakes the biggest surprise was not wasting any TOs this game. Two plays where we have no one covering a back out of the backfield did us in. I would like to know why we didn't pass to the RBs in the first half at all.

What is maddening is MLF decided to forgo kicking a chip shot FG early on and we ended up losing by 2 freaking points. We were on the road shorthanded at WR, LB and in the secondary against THAT team. We have to take the points there. Take the 3 and score at that time is 6-7. Instead MN takes the ball and minutes later we are down 2 possessions.

Not sure it matters.

We could never stop them after that first quarter practically until they were up big. And when it was close to give us a shot, they moved the chains with 2 wide open passes. Was pretty easy.

We had nothing to lose in this game. I didn't mind the aggression at all.

Honestly you should be pissed that Love and Reed couldn't execute on a play that was there.

I never thought I would be so nervous to see Zayne Anderson go out of all people. But I did.

If I remember right, going into the game Bullard was our lowest graded in pass coverage

The Packers are capable of playing with anybody. To do so, though, it requires them to play competent, disciplined football.

No silly alignment penalties that stall drives. No dropped passes that kill drives. No missing on downfield throws to open receivers that are juuuust off. No blown coverages that make for easy TDs and 1st downs.

They’ve shown they’re capable of playing at that level but, for whatever reason, they haven’t done it consistently against the top competition this year and those teams make them pay.

Call it tightness, choking, immaturity…whatever. They just haven’t and it’s frustrating to watch.

I believe this Packers team is capable of beating the best teams, bar none. They simply need to play to the level they’re capable while eliminating the dumb stuff. Plain and simple.

If @Scott4Pack or anyone else want to reframe this as some kind of petty “better than/not as good” argument, have at it. I won’t waste my time with inane arguments.

I mean this playoff bracket is so deep. Quite literally any of the 7 teams can win games. It's crazy

Any mention of the AFC just makes me laugh.

I don't think he sucks but he is not a cover safety and struggles immensely vs your quick WRs like Jefferson/Addison and St Brown/Jameson.

Bullard is a decent robber and nickel linebacker. He is physical. But he just doesn't have the speed.

Frankly I'm excited we might possibly have 3 food cover safeties in X, Williams and Anderson.

Jaire Alexander is the one piece of the puzzle that gives me anxiety both short and long term. I have a feeling he played his last snap as a Packer and that is a huge void to fill. Plus a ton of dead cap.

I agree with this analysis. The Packers just make too many mistakes, dropped passes, pre-snap penalties, poor throws, broken coverage, etc. The coaches need to be much better in ensuring proper discipline and they are failing at this. We are most definitely able to beat any team out there. But, to be honest, we have more weaknesses than some of the top teams and we cannot afford to make mistakes and still beat these teams.

Overall the rebuild is doing just fine. #12 didn‘t win in his 2nd season either. For this season the hope is the Playoff system. Anything can happen in just one game. Stranger things have happened.

My two takeaways from today are:
1) the Vikings OL has really changed. KC used to eat them alive in the pass game but they were much more stout in the middle today. But now they can't run block very well!!

2) a healthy DB room will be necessary for us to make any kind of run in the playoffs. Bullard is strictly a Slot player right now. I think our best 5 when healthy are Ja and CV outside, X and Evan at safety and Key at the slot. Use Bullard in dime only. If Ja is done then play Key outside with CV. CV has shutdown corner makings.
