Man, I just can't live in the past enough to debate Aaron Rodgers like this. He's been gone for years now. He's not relevant to my life. I dunno how you guys do it. We got names from pre-pandemic teams coming up in threads all over the place. Must be far enough post-draft that we're drifting into offseason nothingness.
sorry, I took his bait :bigcry:

Rodgers is relevant to my life (and, to the literal topic of this thread: news around the league).

Aaron would rather have Mercedes Lewis or Jimmy Graham over Greg Jennings and JFin.

could we get some moderation in here to get rid of conspiracy theory's, some in here are trying to have a adult conversation.

the steelers and AR should be alright, Rodgers hasn't had a number 2 receiver in years, he'll make do.

Gabe Davis does seem like a pretty ideal WR choice for the Steelers, given the size and outside ability to be opposite DK with Calvin Austin and/or Roman Wilson operating in the slot.

But Buffalo is interested in bringing him back, too, allegedly.

Some Packer fans are hanging on every thread of Aaron Rodgers like some Viking fans are doing with Cousins. He's not on your team. Who gives a crap what he does for whatever team is dumb enough to sign him. :horse:

No, the viking fan is right. We shouldn't talk about things like this during the slowest part of the offseason. We should only be talking about really exciting league wide news that doesn't pertain to our ex-players.

And if ever the name of a Packer ex player is mentioned, it's with reverence and respect :)

And when he signs with whatever team is dumb enough to sign him, 15 posts will be made. And during the year when he is playing, it will be non-stop about how bad he has become and what fools the team was for signing him. Believe me, I saw it last year on my Vikings forum with Cousins. Hell, they still can't stop talking about him.

Jonathon Brooks ruled out for the season already for the Panthers after tearing his ACL week 14 last season. Just a measuring point for Watson.

Jonathan Brooks is on the PUP, not out for the season, yet. Brooks' ACL tear is also his 2nd in 2 years of the same knee. Not a good measuring point for Watson.

Isn't it really crazy that Packers fans have interest in a player that was with them for 18 years and gave them a Super Bowl (I know, what is that again)?
